The TS-TRM1 two-roll mill is an open-roll rubber and plastics processing machine designed for plasticating, mixing, warming, and sheeting of rubber compounds. The machine operates on two hollow, drilled rolls that rotate inward toward each other. The roll positioned on the operator's side — the front roll — can be moved horizontally, either manually or electrically, to set the required roll gap, while the rear roll remains fixed in position.
Both rolls are equal in size and rotate toward one another at differing speeds, drawing raw or compounded rubber into the nip and subjecting it to intense shear. This shearing action is what achieves plasticating and mixing of the material. Beyond rubber processing, the two-roll mill is also widely applied within the plastics-processing industry, where it is commonly referred to as the "two-roll machine" and remains one of the earliest mixing technologies adopted by plastic-product manufacturers.

- Core electrical components are sourced from Schneider (France), supporting reliable and stable long-term operation.
- The water-cooling configuration incorporates 12 high-quality heating tubes, delivering uniform temperature distribution across the roll surface from ambient temperature up to 250 °C.
- Rolls are manufactured from cast aluminum alloy cold-hard cast iron with a hardness of HRC 50–60. The precision-machined internal roll cavity ensures rapid, even heat transfer throughout the roll body.
