We appreciate your decision to partner with us for your equipment and testing solution requirements. Every order is processed with careful planning, engineering coordination, procurement activities, manufacturing resources, and logistics arrangements to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

This Order Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing cancellation requests, order modifications, refunds, and related obligations. By placing an order with us, customers acknowledge and agree to the provisions stated in this policy.

General Policy

All purchase orders, quotations, pro forma invoices, sales agreements, and confirmed orders constitute binding commitments between the customer and the company.

As many of our products are manufactured, configured, assembled, calibrated, procured, or customized specifically to customer requirements, cancellation requests are subject to review and approval by the company.

Submission of a cancellation request does not automatically constitute acceptance of the cancellation.

Order Cancellation Requests

Customers wishing to cancel an order must submit a written cancellation request through an authorized communication channel.

The request should include:

  • Purchase order or order reference number.

  • Product details.

  • Reason for cancellation.

  • Authorized customer contact information.

The company reserves the right to approve or reject any cancellation request based on the stage of order processing, procurement status, manufacturing progress, customization requirements, and contractual obligations.

Orders Under Processing

Orders that are in the stages of procurement, engineering, manufacturing, assembly, testing, calibration, packaging, or preparation for shipment may not be eligible for full cancellation.

Where cancellation is approved, the customer may be responsible for:

  • Costs of materials already procured.

  • Manufacturing or production work completed.

  • Engineering or customization services performed.

  • Administrative and processing expenses.

  • Third-party supplier commitments and charges.

  • Logistics or handling costs already incurred.

The applicable charges, if any, shall be communicated to the customer before final cancellation approval.

Customized and Special-Order Products

Orders involving customized, made-to-order, engineered-to-order, specially configured, or customer-specific products generally cannot be cancelled once production, procurement, engineering, or customization activities have commenced.

The company reserves the right to recover all costs and expenses incurred in relation to such orders.

Order Modification Requests

Customers may request modifications to an existing order, including changes to product specifications, quantities, configurations, delivery requirements, documentation, or shipping details.

All modification requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to technical feasibility, production status, material availability, and company approval.

Approved modifications may result in:

  • Changes to pricing.

  • Revised delivery schedules.

  • Additional engineering or administrative charges.

  • Updated commercial terms.

The company reserves the right to accept or reject any modification request.

Orders Ready for Shipment

Orders that have completed production, quality inspection, testing, packaging, or are otherwise prepared for dispatch may not be eligible for cancellation.

Any approved cancellation at this stage may be subject to applicable costs associated with production, storage, handling, packaging, and logistics activities already completed.

Orders in Transit

Orders that have been dispatched, shipped, or are in transit cannot be cancelled.

Customers remain responsible for all contractual obligations associated with the order, including transportation, handling, customs duties, taxes, and related charges where applicable.

Refusal of Delivery

Refusal to accept delivery of products, except in cases of verified shipping damage or approved claims, may be treated as a breach of the purchase agreement.

In such cases, the customer may remain liable for:

  • The value of the order.

  • Freight and transportation costs.

  • Storage expenses.

  • Return shipping charges.

  • Administrative and handling costs.

  • Any additional costs incurred by the company.

Refunds

Where a cancellation request is approved, and a refund is deemed applicable, refunds will be processed in accordance with the terms agreed between the customer and the company.

Refund amounts may be adjusted to account for:

  • Work already completed.

  • Materials procured.

  • Services rendered.

  • Applicable cancellation charges.

  • Banking, transaction, or administrative fees.

Refunds will be issued through an approved payment method determined by the company.

Company-Initiated Cancellation

The company reserves the right to cancel or suspend an order under circumstances including, but not limited to:

  • Incomplete or inaccurate customer information.

  • Failure to comply with payment obligations.

  • Regulatory or legal restrictions.

  • Product discontinuation.

  • Supply chain limitations.

  • Force majeure events.

  • Circumstances beyond the company's reasonable control.

Where applicable, customers will be notified of such cancellations and any appropriate remedies.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall the company be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or business-related losses arising from order cancellation, modification, delay, suspension, or non-fulfillment.

This includes, without limitation:

  • Loss of revenue.

  • Loss of profits.

  • Loss of production.

  • Business interruption.

  • Loss of contracts or opportunities.

The company's total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount actually received from the customer for the affected order, subject to applicable deductions and contractual obligations.

Force Majeure

The company shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, or inability to fulfill orders resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental actions, labor disputes, transportation disruptions, supply shortages, pandemics, acts of war, or other force majeure events.

Policy Amendments

The company reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or revise this Order Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.

Any amendments shall become effective upon publication on the company's website or other official communication channels.
