The TS-CNCP1 is a fully automatic four-axis numerical control machine built specifically for pipe sampling. It produces specimens directly from raw pipe material, supports several specimen types, and is operated through a touch panel.

Key Features

1. A three-axis XYZ system provides three-dimensional machining and is suitable for processing both tubes and plates.

2. A rotary axis controls the position of the pipe during machining, allowing multiple specimens to be made from a single round pipe in one operation. The entire process is computer-controlled and fully automated.

3. The water-cooled tool is fitted with a water-jet cooling assembly, which can be used as required.

4. Specimen types:

   • Dumbbell type machining
   • Round specimen machining, e.g. for Vickers tests
   • Rectangular specimen machining, e.g. for making impact strips
   • Flat surface machining, which allows profiles to be machined into flat surfaces
