The TS-CMP30T is a flat press designed as core equipment for compression molding a wide range of thermosetting plastics and foamed plastic materials. It is equally suited to vulcanizing rubber, including rubber mold and non-molded rubber products as well as foamed rubber materials. Each unit is built around a self-contained power pack and electrical system, operated through centralized push-button controls. Working pressure and heating temperature are both adjustable within defined ranges, and the press is available in manual or semi-automatic configurations to suit different production requirements.
Key Features
- Built on a four-column, three-plate steel frame; the movable platen travels parallel to the working surface, and precision guide sleeves on all four columns keep motion accurate and repeatable.
- Pressure, stroke, speed, and pressure-holding time are all adjustable to match specific pressing process requirements.
- Upper and lower heating platens are temperature-controlled independently, using an RKC intelligent temperature controller with a control accuracy of ±1°C.
