The TS-8178-B Lab Film Blowing Machine, built around an integrated PLC control system, is designed to evaluate the processing behavior of polymer materials. It allows technicians to closely examine gel content and color distribution within a compound, assess how well color concentrates disperse through the melt, and monitor mixing and extrusion characteristics under controlled conditions. Beyond material evaluation, the system is equally capable of producing small-format films, making it a practical addition to polymer research, quality control, and product development laboratories.

PLC Programmable Control System

PLC programmable color touch screen, man-machine interface operation system, can dynamically display and monitor extrusion process, including temperature control, driving, speed, pressure, interlocking spreading function.

Precise Melt Monitoring

A 0-35MPa high precision melt pressure sensor detects changes in head pressure, while a high-precision melt temperature sensor monitors melt temperature changes.

Controlled Screw Extrusion

The 20mm screw provides 0-95rpm frequency control, allowing the extrusion process to be adjusted according to different polymer processing requirements.

Efficient Barrel Heating and Cooling

The system uses a 3-zone heater for the barrel and a 2-zone heater for the machine head, while three groups of multi-wing fans provide forced cooling.
