The TS-8177-ZB is a laboratory-grade twin-screw granulation line engineered for plastic mixing, plasticization, and extrusion processing trials. Built around a PLC-based programmable touch screen and an intuitive human-machine interface, the system supports plasticizing homogenization, coloring, sampling, filling, and material modification, making it well suited to research, formulation development, and small-batch processing applications.
Key Features
Building-Block Screw Configuration
The screw assembly follows a building-block screw combination approach, with conveying blocks, mixing blocks, shearing blocks, kneading blocks, and countercurrent blocks that can be combined in different ratios to meet the requirements of different extrusion processes.
PLC Programmable Control
PLC programmable TFT touch screen display with human-machine interface operation provides dynamic display of pressure-material temperature-time curve changes, with functions for temperature, speed, pressure, feeding, dehumidification, cooling, start, stop, fault query alarm, interlocking, and control.
Independent Barrel Temperature Control
The cylinder segments use a soft water circulation cooling system, with each segment's cooling water flow rate independently adjustable, enabling independent temperature control at each segment of the cylinder.
Forced Metering Feeding and Granulation
A twin-screw metering type forced feeding system with a horizontal agitator provides uniform, stable feeding, while the granulation die head features a built-in fast screen changer and head hinge opening device.

| Screw | The mandrel is manufactured from 40 CrNiMoA chromium-molybdenum alloy tool steel, while the threaded components are made of W6Mo5CR4V2 wear-resistant alloy steel with a hardness of HRC60. Conveying blocks, mixing blocks, shearing blocks, mixing blocks, kneading blocks, and countercurrent blocks form a series of building-block-style components connected via the involute spline of the mandrel, and they can be combined in any ratio to meet the requirements of different extrusion processes. |
