Product Information

The TS-8172-B is a laboratory-scale internal mixer engineered for the blending of plastics, chemical raw materials, and a wide range of low-viscosity compounds. The instrument integrates a PLC-based control system with a color human-machine interface (HMI), allowing temperature, mixing time, and rotor speed to be monitored in real time throughout the process.

Once the operating parameters are configured, the mixing cycle runs fully automatically, offering a straightforward, energy-efficient, and highly repeatable workflow suited to laboratory and quality-control applications.

Variable Rotor Speed Control

The rotor speed is controlled through a frequency converter, with a speed range of 0-50rpm frequency converter speed regulation.

Water-Cooled Shear-Type Mixing Shaft

The mixing shaft uses a shear type, hollow shaft with water cooling for controlled laboratory mixing operations.

Integrated Sealing and Dust Prevention

The system incorporates a stainless steel armored type sealed dust cover with built-in suction and exhaust channels, together with a wear-resistant and high-temperature-resistant rubber seal around the upper weight for dust prevention.
