The TS-8170-A is a precision laboratory press engineered for controlled material shaping under combined heat and pressure. The test sample is positioned in a casting mould and clamped between electrically heated platens, where temperature and pressure are applied to form the specimen. Beyond shaping, the resulting sample supports material testing and serves as a dependable reference point when scaling a formulation toward full-scale production.
Key Features
20-Ton Pressing Capacity
The TS-8170-A provides a 20-ton capacity for controlled laboratory material shaping under combined heat and pressure.
Manual and Automatic Working Modes
The press supports manual and automatic working modes, providing flexibility for different laboratory pressing requirements.
Independent Heating and Cooling Pressing Plates
The system consists of two working layers, with the upper-layer mould pressing plate providing heating and the lower-layer mould pressing plate providing cooling.
Programmable Pressure and Temperature Control
The system provides preset two-stage gradient pressure, adjustable temperature control from RT~300℃, and LED digital control for temperature, time, pressure, drive, and other interlocking control functions.
