The TS-CS2 Crease Stiffness Tester is designed to determine the crease stiffness and bending stiffness of all types of cardboard and paper boxes, such as cigarette packets, under static conditions. It evaluates how strongly a material resists bending.

Testing can be carried out in two ways: by recording the force required to bend a specimen to a preset angle, or by measuring and calculating the bending stiffness, which is an elastic property of the material.

• Equipped with a high-precision load sensor that keeps measurement error within 1%, outperforming the ±2% requirement set by the standards.

• Dual-clamp, multi-function design. It can measure the bending stiffness of paper and board, as well as the stiffness of cardboard cartons and creases.

• Touch-screen operating system with an aluminum control panel. Test records can be viewed or deleted at any time.

• When connected to a computer, test results are saved automatically, and compression resistance test curves can be displayed and saved.
