Product Introduction

AUTO-TSW809 Gravimetric Method Water Vapor Permeability Analyzer is a high-precision laboratory instrument designed to determine the Water Vapor Transmission Rate (WVTR) of low, medium, and high barrier materials using the gravimetric cup method. Developed in accordance with ASTM E96 and GB/T 1037 standards, it delivers accurate, reliable, and efficient testing for a wide range of materials.

The instrument supports both weight gain and weight loss test methods by creating a controlled temperature, humidity, and airflow environment that drives water vapor through the test specimen. By continuously monitoring changes in the mass of the sample cup, the system accurately calculates water vapor transmission and other related permeability parameters.

Featuring 12 independent test stations, precise temperature and humidity control, automatic wind speed regulation, and a fully automated rotating weighing system, the analyzer ensures high testing efficiency and exceptional measurement accuracy. Its intelligent operating system provides one-key testing, real-time curve display, automatic result analysis, audit trail functionality, electronic signature support, and multi-format data export to meet modern laboratory and pharmaceutical data management requirements.

Key Features

  • High-Precision Gravimetric Measurement delivers a detection resolution of 0.0001 g/(m²·24h) for accurate and reliable WVTR analysis.
  • Precise Temperature, Humidity, and Airflow Control ensures stable testing conditions with ±0.1°C temperature accuracy and ±2% RH humidity accuracy.
  • Fully Automatic Rotating Weighing System increases weighing efficiency while reducing manual intervention during testing.
  • 12 Independent Test Stations enable simultaneous testing of multiple samples, improving laboratory efficiency and throughput.
