The TS-OMT2 Fully Automatic Total Migration Tester integrates water bath evaporation, heating and drying, cooling and equilibration, and constant temperature weighing into a single, seamless workflow. The instrument is designed for determining total migration (nonvolatile matter and evaporation residue) in purified water, pharmaceutical packaging materials, food contact materials, cigarette tipping paper, and chemical reagents, among other applications.

Applications
Suitable for testing the nonvolatile content of purified water and sterile water for injection, the nonvolatile matter in dissolution tests of plastic and rubber pharmaceutical packaging materials, and the total migration of food packaging materials and cigarette tipping paper soaking solution.
