The TS-LT4 Leakage Tester is built to evaluate the sealing integrity of flexible packaging. It runs on compressed air and relies on a high precision electronic pressure sensor for measurement, while microcomputer control manages the entire test cycle. This allows users to compare sealing processes and seal performance effectively, and to obtain dependable data that supports the definition of relevant technical requirements. An integrated high precision pressure sensor delivers high sensitivity and monitors the intake pressure in real time.

Fully Automatic Operating System

Users simply set the required vacuum degree and holding time. The instrument then carries out the whole test automatically: it evacuates the chamber, holds the set time, stops on its own, and inflates to return.

The new air circuit system is pneumatically driven by compressed air. It enables quick inflation and return to position, and keeps the air pressure inside and outside the chamber consistent.
