Convenient Pull-Out Sample Loading

The lower tray uses a double-layer stacking design that pulls out for sample loading, keeping hands clear of the upper sealing knife for a more convenient and safer testing experience.

High-Precision Temperature Control

A high-precision temperature sensor combined with PID-based temperature control delivers a control accuracy of ±1℃, ensuring excellent stability and a very low failure rate.

Flexible Test Modes

Manual and automatic testing modes can be freely selected. Automatic mode saves time by repeating the heat sealing cycle automatically, while manual mode uses a dedicated foot switch — pressing the switch brings the sealing knives together for safe, straightforward operation.

Advanced Pneumatic Drive System

The drive system comprises a pressure gauge, a pressure regulating valve, and a cylinder. Once compressed air is supplied, pressure can be finely adjusted and accurately locked via the regulating valve, allowing the heat sealing fixture to be pneumatically driven for efficient, convenient operation.
