The TS-DP1 Disc Peeling Tester is a precision testing instrument engineered in accordance with GB and related international standards to meet the evolving demands of the printing and packaging industry. The instrument is purpose-built for evaluating the bonding strength of printed ink layers on plastic films processed through gravure printing, as well as on cellophane-based decorative prints, including composite film prints.

Beyond ink adhesion assessment, the TS-DP1 is equally effective for examining the adhesion performance of surface layers produced through vacuum coating, surface coating, laminating, and other related surface-treatment processes, making it a versatile solution for quality control across multiple production environments.
